On Thursday 26th July Anmchara International School celebrated the achievements of both staff and students in its second annual speech and prize giving day.Many hundreds on guests, members of the public and friends of the school were bussed in from surrounding villages and towns to witness the extravaganza, based around the theme of 'Education Changing Lives Around the Globe.'
All were treated to a fantastic display of cultural dancing, music, speeches by prominent community members and a special address by Alysha Kothlow of the Maple Leaf International School, China.Several volunteers teachers were instilled as Kings and Queens of the school before the grand graduation ceremony of primary class 6 and presentation of prizes to staff and students for their hard work and enthusiasm throughout the year.
All attendees enjoyed a superb day which capped off another successful year, many are counting down the days until next year's celebration.
